Located on a very quiet street, near Bograshov st (lots of coffee shops, restaurants, 24/7 stores..) 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 to the market. Near Dizengof Centre .
On the first floor. 1 bedroom with a double bed+ a living room. Fully furnished: AC, TV, wireless internet access, washer, dryer, towels & linen. Equipped kitchen.

Low season price is $95 per night + electricity bill (by the meter).

High season price is $125 per night + electricity bill (by the meter).

A 25% deposit is required to secure the reservation. Payment can be made by PayPal, bank transfer or cash.

The rest of the payment will be made upon arrival in cash ONLY (Dollars, Euros or Shekels).
